Michael J. Church
Michael J. Church is a highly skilled 30-year veteran of the computer software industry and has developed software solutions for both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Mike spent twelve years with NCR as a systems analyst and subsequently held equity positions in several companies that provided solutions to nonprofits, such as YMCA and United Way organizations. Over the past ten years, Mike has developed software solutions, primarily FIMS, for the community and endowment foundation field. He holds an associate's degree in accounting from Post College.

David A. Dietrich
David A. Dietrich has spent seven years in the community foundation field. Dave spent one year with the Bridgeport Area Foundation designing and implementing the first version of FIMS, and subsequently spent six years as the senior administrative officer with the New Haven Foundation. Dave has been an active member of the Fiscal and Administrative Officer's Group and served as chairman of that group for several years. He holds a bachelor's in business management, and an associate's in computer programming.

John R. Sestak
John R. Sestak has spent fourteen years in the community foundation software field. After graduating from college, John was hired as a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen, where he worked for almost two years. John then joined DMO Inc. and worked as the project leader in the development of community foundation systems. In 1991, John started his own company, Integrated Foundation Services, which merged with NPO in 1997. He holds a bachelor's in accounting from the University of Minnesota School of Management.
