Management
The
Profile Management module provides nonprofits the tools to maintain
constituent relationships and to communicate appropriately and efficiently
with every affiliated person or organization. The Profile module
is the center for communications and mailing management, and also
for ad hoc inquiries into data related to individuals or organizations.
Profile
Management maintains all name and address records in FIMS, and uses
a unique, Profile-specific ID Code to tie each Profile to its related
records. Redundant data entry is eliminated. If there is an address
change, a correction made to the Profile record translates throughout
every module. Because the system tracks an extensive amount of information
related to an individual or an organization, it provides quick reference
for statistic and information stored in other modules.
The Profile module is a powerful tool for targeted mailings,
which you can personalize by merging the Profile information with
word-processing software. The Contact Management system lets you
log meetings and conversations, and set reminders for follow-up
tasks.
