DonorCentral is a Web-based donor service that provides your fund advisors and fund holders instantaneous access to specific information on their funds from any computer with an Internet connection.

With DonorCentral, your donor and fund advisors can log onto a private, secure area to view their fund balances and download formatted fund statements. Allow your donor and fund advisors to quickly review their contribution history and grants paid, as well as quarterly market values and quarterly status reports.

Within minutes, they can view how many contributions were made during a given year, including the date, amount and type of gift. Detailed grant information lists every grant ever made from the fund, including the date the grant was made, the amount and the recipient. The Suggestion Central option allows them to browse a list of foundation-approved charitable projects and select one to add to their "shopping cart" of grant recommendations.

A calendar of events option lets your foundation keep your donor and fund advisors informed of important seminars, lectures and other events. DonorCentral also provides a contact area that provides your donor and fund advisors important staff contact information, such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. And your foundation can keep your donor and fund advisors informed of the current funding opportunities available for donor-advised funds.

Finally, attach a list of all of the forms your donor and fund advisors need to administer their funds, such as a grant suggestion form, successor advisor form, or conversion to a permanent fund form.
