Internet Grant Application Module (IGAM)

MicroEdge and NPO have adapted MicroEdge's Internet Grant Application Module for use with NPO database systems. Online grant applications made through your web site are compiled on our secure servers. After prescreening by staff, they will automatically create applications in your FIMS or FoundationPower database.

IGAM allows you to accept grant applications and proposals via your web site. Using IGAM can dramatically reduce data entry, minimize incoming mail, and lessen other time-intensive administrative tasks -- lowering your operating costs and saving you valuable time.

You can create custom application forms that match the look and feel of your organization's web site and image. Use your colors, field names, and company logo and other basic design elements to allow your applications to blend seamlessly with the other pages in your web site.

The MicroEdge IGAM hosting service will be used to present your application forms on the web and provide a holding area for completed and in-process applications for easy downloading into your locally installed IGAM. We provide you with a link to post on your web site or distribute to potential grantees, and we store your Grant applications until you are ready to review them. You can manually download them any time you like, or set up automatic downloading to receive applications on a regular schedule.

Note: Use our online request form to request more information about any of our products.

IGAM Features and Benefits

Grant applications and proposals can be completed online and easily transferred in to your FIMS or FoundationPower database.

You can prescreen applicants with eligibility quizzes -- either one general quiz or specific quizzes for each form.

You customize your Grant Application forms to ensure that you get the information you need and to maintain a consistent corporate or web image.

You can create one or two-stage Grant applications.

Grant applicants can submit proposals or supporting materials with their online applications. These documents will automatically be scanned for viruses when they are uploaded.

US Tax ID numbers can be instantly and automatically verified against the IRS database.

You can automatically generate e-mail notifications to applicants, including confirmation that their application was submitted.

Grant Applicants can complete forms over multiple sessions. They can start an application, save it, and come back later to finish it (requires them to set up a password of their choice).
