NPO
Internet Services
The
Internet holds untapped possibilities for the philanthropic community
regarding online giving and grant-making. At NPO, we are fully aware
of these high-tech innovations as we continuously work to provide
solutions that capitalize on the power of the Internet and streamline
business processes.

Our
Host*Net service
provides charitable institutions an Internet-based method of using
our Foundation Information Management System (FIMS) or FoundationPower,
as well as office productivity software such as Microsoft Office
2000 Professional. With Host*Net, you can access FIMS or FoundationPower,
office software, documents and database information with ease from
any computer with online access.
Safety*Net,
NPO's emergency hosting solution, gives non-Host*Net clients online
access to their database, documents and software in the event of
an emergency, such as a power outage, fire or storm, that makes
office computers temporarily unusable.
With
DonorCentral,
your donor advisors and fund holders experience an even greater
level of communication by having access to extensive, fund-specific
information online. Now your donor advisors can log on to view fund
activity, and download and print formatted fund statements. With
the Suggestion
Central option, they can make grant suggestions online,
which (after review) will automatically make record entries in your
FIMS or Foundation Power grants system.
The
Internet Grant Application
Module (IGAM) allows you to accept grant applications and
proposals via your web site. Using IGAM can dramatically reduce
data entry, minimize incoming mail, and lessen other time-intensive
administrative tasks -- lowering your operating costs and saving
you valuable time.
Let
NPO host your List
Serve, which allow foundations to automatically redistribute
e-mail to selected users or groups of users. This excellent communications
tool gives foundations another method of staying in contact with
board members, staff, or any specific group of donors, such as those
interested in children's issues.
