Report Writing Crystal Reports is our vehicle for providing presentation-quality documents using information stored in your FIMS or FoundationPower database. Crystal Reports affords limitless reporting flexibility, advanced graphical reporting ability, and instant access to live data (no exports required). Our Crystal Design Workstation includes an ODBC driver and our Crystal Reports viewer, as well as the Crystal Reports Professional Edition Version 10 software, which enables the user to design, modify and run Crystal Reports. Our Crystal Viewing Workstation allows the user to run Crystal reports directly from the Custom menu of FIMS or FoundationPower. These reports can be created either by another user at your organization who has a Crystal Design Workstation, or by NPO's Crystal Reports Experts. NPO offers a complete
slate of Crystal Reports Support Services. Crystal Support is available
either on a per-hour basis, or in money-saving Support Plans where
your organization can purchase a number of support hours upfront
for use throughout the year. These hours can then be used for all
of your Crystal Reports support needs. Our report-writing professionals
can answer all of your report-design questions, and can also design
the exact report you want, with the graphics and logic you need.
We also provide Crystal Reports training, which educates your staff
on how to create topnotch reports. |
