NPO offers comprehensive support for FIMS and FoundationPower. FIMS and FoundationPower clients may receive telephone and e-mail support from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time from NPO's trained support personnel in our Call Center. In addition, clients receive extensive documentation, both printed and online, on how to use their systems.
