Register
for Training
These
classroom sessions are priced lower than individualized training
(also available upon request) to save you money, and because
more than one customer site can be involved in a single session.
Online
training sessions are priced per customer site attending the
training (not per person) If there is more than one person
attending the training at your site, everyone can gather around
one workstation and use a speakerphone so all can hear and
see. Or, if it's a large group, the computer screen can be
projected on the wall using a data projector. Optionally,
if each person at your site wants to receive the training
at their own workstation, there will be an additional $10
fee for each separate connection to the WebEx web site and
the conference call.
Existing
NPO Clients can register for training online in the Client
Portal. Simply submit the online registration form,
or call our training coordinator, Nola Frost at 603-224-6766.
You can also use the online registration form to schedule
an on-site visit or request other FIMS training.
Important:
Please register for Classroom Training sessions
as soon as possible. Sessions will be canceled if there are
no registrations two business days before a scheduled class.
If a classroom session has only one registered participant,
it will qualify as an individualized training and the agenda
and actual time spent can be customized to your needs. Because
of this, it will be billed at the normal hourly rate of $140
per hour for individualized training. You will be notified
at least 48 hours prior to the training if you are the only
participant, and given the opportunity to cancel at no cost
to you, or to wait for the next scheduled class for that topic.
Cancellation
Policy: If you cannot attend a session that
you have registered for, please notify us as soon as possible.
Registration cancellations must be received no later than
two business days prior to the class, or you will be billed.
