Training
Overview
NPO
offers comprehensive training for the Foundation Information Management
System (FIMS), FoundationPower and Crystal Reports. FIMS clients
may receive training in their offices from an NPO staffer either
onsite or via modem. In addition, NPO offers several basic and advanced
regional trainings across the country every year. FoundationPower
clients consult with NPO individually regarding training since each
system is customized.
Why
consider training?
Training helps educate new staff about the most efficient
and productive ways to use FIMS, FoundationPower and Crystal Reports
in your community foundation, and keeps current staff up to speed
about the latest software enhancements. Help your staff be more
productive and satisfied, and provide them with a valuable and transferable

Who
should receive training?
New staff,
interns and temporary staff new to FIMS, FoundationPower or Crystal
Reports.
Existing
staff who are changing or expanding their roles, or who need a FIMS,

members and volunteers interested in how FIMS, FoundationPower or
Crystal Reports is used at your foundation.
