This module integrates with the Donor & Gift Management, and Grantee & Grant Management modules.

Track gifts and pledges associated with every fund, record all grants ever made from every fund, and set fund-specific spending policies and administrative fees. Quickly calculate how much is available to grant from any fund during any time period, as well as the balance of historic gifts and earnings.

Endowments and donor-advised funds are easily managed in FIMS. With FIMS, keep track of the donor's specific guidelines. When a gift is made to an endowment in memory of a loved one, FIMS will ensure the appropriate sensitive acknowledgements are sent to the donor, and even the family of the honoree.

This system fully integrates with our financial management system in FIMS (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Fund & Account Tracking System), which offers a complete philanthropic accounting system built with a rich set of fund accounting features designed specifically for multifund grant-making institutions.
