The Scholarship Management module in the Foundation Information Management System (FIMS) is specially designed to manage the scholarship application process from receipt of application to disbursement of monies, and help foundations meet the goals of their scholarship efforts. Record prerequisites for scholarship eligibility and track the approval process to ensure all scholarship requirements are met. Follow up awards, track student performance and manage multiyear awards. Because adjustments to awards and payment plans are inevitable, FIMS provides a routine way of making those adjustments, accompanied by a full audit trail to General Ledger.
