The Foundation Information Management System (FIMS) employs an advanced contact and communications system via our Profile Management module. This module tracks extensive information on all the key stakeholders associated with your foundation, including alumni, friends, corporations, associations, faculty, staff and private foundations. This powerful system provides advanced mailing controls that support targeted appeals and advanced mail merges based on a user-defined coding system. Appeals to alumni and letters to trustees are a snap with FIMS.

If staff need information on a particular donor, they have immediate access to a deep well of information stored in FIMS, including personal data, lifetime and annual donation statistics, gift details, a log of every contact made with the donor, and a list of people associated with your foundation who have some relationship with this donor (friends, family, or professional relationships).
