The Pledge Management module in the Foundation Information Management System (FIMS) provides foundations an easy, automatic system for complying with Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) requirements regarding the recording of unconditional assets. Categorize pledges by type (cash, in-kind, securities), source (annual appeal, referral), purpose (new fund, matching, challenge). These categorizations automatically flow to the recorded gift when it is made.
